Our organizational structure for URSO was started in 2007, when several groups of security officers began to express the need for a change in the current Union leadership at their various job sites. We determined that this need was even greater than we had anticipated and sprung into action to help any officers that sought our assistance. The organizers then put a plan into action that would later serve as a bargaining force to any officers seeking change. URSO was launched, as an independent Local Union dedicated to change unfair working conditions and to fight for agreeable wages and policies.

Unfair Discipline Policies
Employee Rights
Arbitrations
and Any other employee/employer based issues
