INDIANAPOLIS – Prosecutors have formally charged three teenagers in an abduction and assault investigation in Castleton late last month. Korey Reaves, 16, and 19-year-old Anthony Fort are facing rape and kidnapping charges, while 18-year-old Myia Kilgore is facing kidnapping and intimidation charges. It has been reported that the boys sexually assaulted a woman in a hotel room then also sexually assaulted a female security guard who went to check on the victim.
Indianapolis Metro Police rushed to the Suburban Extended Stay Hotel in Castleton shortly after 6:00 a.m. Thursday. They responded to calls about a disturbance and a possible attack on two women.
Detectives say the three suspects had gone to the hotel to rob a woman they had met through the website Backpage. The woman told police she met Reaves at Castleton Mall and she reportedly invited him to her room at the hotel.
Court documents allege Reaves sexually assaulted the woman. A female security guard told police she heard the commotion in their room, investigated the noise, and that’s when responding officers learned what happened next.
