Security guard arrested after stabbing apartment guest. A security guard repeatedly stabbed a visitor to a East Village apartment complex early Thursday, thinking he didn’t belong there, San Diego police said.
Police arrested the 57-year-old guard and the victim, 26, was taken to a hospital with wounds to his ear and the side of his abdomen.
